Roslyn "Browneyes" Romeo
Founder of Browneyes Promotions
Browneyes Promotions was officially founded in 2011 by Roslyn “Browneyes” Romeo in the vibrant twin-island republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
But Roslyn’s journey began long before that—back in 1986, she hosted her very first sold-out boat ride on the iconic Panorama boat on New Year’s Eve. That unforgettable night marked the beginning of what would become a legacy in Caribbean entertainment.
From Boat Rides to Bacchanal – Our Journey
With a deep-rooted passion for creating memorable experiences, Browneyes has spent decades immersed in the entertainment scene, particularly on an intimate and community-focused scale. Our specialties include Carnival vending entrepreneurship, organizing boat rides, bus rides, excursions, and nostalgic “Back in Time” parties.
More recently, Browneyes Promotions has expanded its offerings to include luxurious all-inclusive staycation packages during the Tobago Carnival season; continuing the tradition of delivering unforgettable experiences.

Carnival Connections
We have proudly served as a section leader for popular Carnival bands such as Legacy and Wee Mas International over the years. Now we are also doing staycations for Tobago’s Carnival in October
